You will be part of a team that consults or oversees multiple architectural engagements. You will Work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge within a domain: technical, solutions, business or information. You will be responsible for programming a component, feature and or feature set. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business. You will also contribute to design discussions.

As a Software Engineer, you will be Responsible:

• Being responsible for providing individual contribution developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using Golang (Go).
• Develop software components for Embedded Linux platforms.
• Implement and optimize system-level applications, daemons, and services.
• Work with Linux device drivers, system interfaces, and hardware abstraction layers.
• Integrate software with embedded hardware and peripheral devices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across software, firmware, and hardware layers.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and test plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). A minimum 4 years of professional experience.

Required Skills

Programming Languages

• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Good knowledge of C/C++
• Experience with Shell Scripting (Bash)

Embedded Linux

• Strong understanding of Linux internals
• Embedded Linux application development
• Linux process/thread management
• IPC mechanisms (Shared Memory, Message Queues, Sockets)
• System programming and debugging

Networking & Protocols

• TCP/IP, UDP
• HTTP/HTTPS
• MQTT
• REST APIs
• gRPC

Development Tools

• Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Make/CMake
• GNU Toolchain
• GDB
• Static analysis tools

Build Systems

• Yocto
• Buildroot
• Cross-compilation environments

Debugging

• Linux kernel logs
• Core dump analysis
• Performance profiling
• Memory leak detection

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux Device Drivers.
• Knowledge of ARM and ARM64 architectures.
• Exposure to Secure Boot and Linux security concepts.
• Experience with Docker containers.
• Understanding of OTA (Over-the-Air) software updates.
• Experience with Edge Computing or IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud integration (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT).

Nice to Have

• NVIDIA Jetson platform experience.
• Experience working with connected devices and industrial systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for embedded systems.
