As a Manufacturing Professional - Operation Management you will be responsible for

• Leading and supervising daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, on time, and within quality standards.
• Managing a multi-skilled workforce including welders, blasters, operators, technicians, and other production personnel.
• Coordinating manpower allocation, workload balancing, and resource planning to meet operational priorities.
• Monitoring production performance and take proactive actions to address bottlenecks and operational challenges.
• Ensuring compliance with established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Promoting and maintain a strong safety culture across all manufacturing activities.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Have experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations Management role
• Have experience within the Gas Turbine, Energy, Power Generation, Heavy Manufacturing, or Industrial Services sector is highly preferred
• Have strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have strong reporting, documentation, and teamwork skills
