As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll meet with qualified homeowners who have already requested an appointment. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your job is to run the appointment, present the solution, overcome objections, and close the sale.

What You'll Do

- Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners

- Build rapport and uncover customer needs

- Present customized kitchen solutions

- Overcome objections and ask for the sale

- Manage your appointments independently

- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a closer who wants to win.

- Highly motivated by earning potential

- Competitive, driven, and results-oriented

- Confident asking for the sale

- Resilient and comfortable overcoming objections

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated and accountable

- Previous in-home, outside, B2C, or commission-based sales experience strongly preferred

You don't need remodeling or home improvement experience. We'll teach you the product.

Schedule

· Flexible 5-day workweek with Sundays off

· Evening and Saturday appointments required

· Reliable transportation required
