WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure our production and installation teams have the materials they need to get the job done right and on time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment.

- Receive, organize, and stage materials for daily jobs.

- Pick and prepare hardware, accessories, and job materials.

- Build pallets and prepare outbound shipments.

- Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, restocking, and cycle counts.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

- Partner with production, installation, and supply chain teams to keep everything moving.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.

- Forklift certification or willingness to get certified.

- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and stay active throughout the day.

- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude.

- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
