We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Fish Frying to lead and manage the fish frying operations at our multi-million dollar startup. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality fried fish products, ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, and managing a team of fish frying professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee the production of fried fish products, including the selection of ingredients, preparation of the frying batter, and cooking techniques.

- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in all stages of the production process.

- Manage and develop a team of fish frying professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Implement and maintain efficient production processes to meet demand and maximize profitability.

- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new and innovative fried fish products and menu items.

- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for the fried fish products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- At least 5 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on fish frying.

- Proven experience in managing a team of professionals and overseeing food production processes.

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Creativity and a passion for developing new and innovative dishes.
