Robust Referral Network: Benefit from a large primary care network and opportunities created by retiring orthopedic surgeons. This infrastructure ensures a steady flow of surgical and non-operative cases to support your growth.
Dedicated APP Support: Partner with a skilled PA who manages non-operative cases in-office, allowing you to focus on advanced surgical care and optimizing patient outcomes.
Diverse Patient Cases: Treat a range of patients aged 30-65 with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder—including carpal tunnel syndrome, distal radius fractures, rotator cuff injuries, and other acute or elective upper extremity injuries—both surgically and non-operatively.
Balanced Call Schedule: Enjoy 1 week of call per month, giving you time to focus on what matters most—your patients and your personal life.
Innovative, Collaborative Environment: Join a team of over 30 orthopedic surgeons in a comprehensive model where collaboration and innovation thrive.
