Influencer Product Fulfillment Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you'll manage the day-to-day mechanics of getting product into the hands of a high volume of creators. This is a detail-heavy, execution-focused role: accurate addresses, correct orders, tracked shipments, and clean records — at scale.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in flawless execution and wants to build fulfillment and logistics experience within one of the largest creator programs in consumer goods.

Responsibilities will include:

Shipment Processing

• Manage product send-outs to a high volume of creators, ensuring every shipment is accurate and on time.
• Process shipping requests: verify addresses, generate labels, and coordinate with fulfillment/warehouse partners.
• Track shipments in transit and proactively resolve delivery issues (delays, returns, lost packages).
• Support surge fulfillment for experiential events, product launches, and large-scale gifting waves.
• Process returns and exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or undeliverable shipments.

Records & Inventory

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of what was sent, to whom, and when in the creator CRM/tracker.
• Reconcile inventory allocated for gifting against actual shipments to catch discrepancies early.
• Flag stock shortages or fulfillment bottlenecks before they cause missed or delayed sends.

Communication

• Communicate shipment status and tracking information to creators and to the Coordinator.
• Keep the Coordinator looped in without needing to be chased for updates.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, order processing, or virtual assistant work.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable managing high shipment volumes under deadlines.
• Experience with shipping/fulfillment platforms and spreadsheets.
• Clear written communication.
• Experience supporting an influencer or creator gifting program.
• Experience with shipping platforms like ShipBob or similar.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently across time zones.
