About our property:
Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Supervise coordinators, spa attendants, retail, environment
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and service issues
- Hold pre-shift meetings (stand-ups) to communicate daily priorities, updates, and expectations
- Train new and existing coordinators on treatments, retail products, and sales techniques
- Create schedules for coordinators and attendants based on forecasted occupancy; manage time-off requests and cover callouts as needed
- Monitor and approve timekeeping and time sheets
- Act as a liaison between management and staff; communicate goals, updates, and expectations to the team
- Foster a positive team environment and support a strong workplace culture
- Document staff attendance, guest complaints, and performance concerns and report to management
- Complete monthly inventory and ordering checklists
- Ensure retail products are accurately priced, stocked, and visually engaging
- Track sales performance and generate reports on retail and services
- Prepare weekly incentive and commission reports for payroll
- Coordinate group bookings and special requests
- Support Spa Manager with completing 90-day and annual associate reviews
- Assist with facility maintenance coordination and follow-up
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all spa services and treatments
- Identify opportunities to improve service performance and team efficiency
- Oversee spa cleanliness and overall atmosphere, including pool, fitness room, and locker rooms
- Ensure completion of daily checklists and update procedures as needed
- Anticipate guest needs and address them proactively
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and service standards
- Ensure associates complete required certifications and trainings
- Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Support achievement of sales and service goals
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required; previous spa or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to generate revenue and upsell services
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as needed
- Proficiency in spa booking and management software (e.g., SpaSoft) preferred
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills with both guests and team members
- Experience with retail purchasing and inventory management preferred
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of scheduling and time management
- High school diploma or equivalent
