About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are currently lookin for a Senior Analyst, Revenue who is making sure the company recognizes its revenue correctly and follows proper accounting rules (ASC 606).

Responsibilities

  • Owns preparation and execution of SSP (Standalone Selling Price) controls, including quarterly bundle allocation analysis, VSOE/SSP range validation, and exception reporting.
  • Partners with Revenue Accounting and Revenue NPI team to review new and non-standard offerings for SSP compliance, flagging deals that fall outside established SSP ranges.
  • Builds and maintains SSP models and analytical frameworks that support accurate revenue allocation across multi-element arrangements.
  • Provides ad-hoc analytical support to the business on pricing, bundling, and revenue recognition questions.
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and helps automate recurring SSP control checks and reporting.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Understands core ASC 606 principles, including how to identify performance obligations (POBs), the objectives of allocating consideration to POBs, and the differences between revenue treatments (e.g., ratable vs. upfront) — deep technical expertise not required.
  • Demonstrates thoroughness and attention to detail, maintaining clean, well-organized, reviewable files and documentation prepared with a SOX-audit mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a revenue management system and understanding the downstream impacts of system changes, given this role requires making SSP-related updates that pervasively affect financial reporting; Zuora Revenue experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets, including strong command of Xlookups, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and other core functions (e.g., Concatenate).
