• High school level of knowledge.
• Minimum of two years experience in maintenance type repairs, some plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
• Prior hospital maintenance experience desirable.
• Ability to operate a variety of plant equipment, hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of various mechanical equipment operation and repair. Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possession of a valid New York State Driver’s license desirable.
