• Associate Degree in a field related to Human Resources required, Bachelor Degree Preferred.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time appropriately
• Effectively facilitating HR related training topics to groups of various sizes
• Ability to plan and implement training according to policy and procedure
• Strong attention to detail, problem resolution, critical thinking, and ability to make changes with little notice
• Must be able to work with other members of the staff and provide educational planning to departments upon their request
• Must be familiar with learning management systems and reporting
