We’re looking for a Manager, Service to lead our Fort Worth Service Department. This is an opportunity to build a strong team, strengthen customer relationships, and lead a business that plays an important role in keeping our customers moving.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As Manager, Service, you’ll set the direction for the Service Department and create an environment where people can do their best work. You’ll lead with safety, accountability, and genuine care for your team while keeping a close eye on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Your leadership will shape the experience of our employees and customers alike. You’ll develop people, solve problems, build trusted relationships, and help grow a service operation known for quality, reliability, and doing what’s right.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Fort Worth Service Department, including P&L performance, safety, training, quality, productivity, pricing, processes, and overall customer experience.
• Build and develop a strong team by coaching employees, hiring and onboarding great people, setting clear expectations, and creating accountability for quality and efficiency.
• Strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, proactive communication, and practical problem-solving, with particular attention to key service accounts and opportunities for additional service revenue.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, including repair orders, quotes, invoicing, fleet and vehicle performance, tooling, supplies, facility needs, vendor relationships, and departmental expenses.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong business judgment and people leadership skills, with the ability to coach employees, manage financial performance, solve problems, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude or related industry experience is preferred, along with an understanding of service operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, math, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and the ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
