How You’ll Make a Difference

Every successful project has someone behind the scenes making sure the details come together. That’s where you come in.

As a Project Coordinator I, you’ll help keep a high volume of projects moving from order setup through completion. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams, manage important project information, and make sure orders, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation are accurate and up to date.

You don’t need to know all our systems on day one—we’ll train you. What matters most is that you’re organized, comfortable learning, and take pride in following through.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep projects moving. Process orders, create project files, set up projects in our systems, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage the details. Create and track purchase orders, support invoice-related processes, review order information, and help make sure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Keep our systems current. Work across tools such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, OneDrive, and project management systems to update projects and close out opportunities.
  • Support the team. Partner with sales, operations, and administrative teammates to manage a high-volume workload—often 80–100 active projects—while keeping priorities organized and deadlines on track.

What You’ll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; this is an entry-level opportunity, and no specific industry background is required.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning and working in multiple systems at the same time; Excel experience is a plus.
  • A professional, dependable communication style and a willingness to learn. Experience with purchase orders, invoices, or administrative coordination is helpful but not required.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • We’ll help you learn and grow. You’ll receive training and support as you build confidence in the role and our systems.
  • Your work matters. The details you manage help our teams stay organized, our projects stay on track, and our business deliver on its commitments.
  • You’ll be part of a team that cares. We value hardworking, dependable people and a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and treating people right.
