Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for ordering groceries, scheduling of employees, performance improvement reports and supervision.
• Repairs are reported to engineering.
• Prepares the weekly food orders following the menus and sales analysis, meeting vendor time deadlines.
• Communicates with vendors to ensure an accurate order.
• Ensures cleaning schedules are followed.
• Relieves for the room service registered technician.
• Responsible for maintenance of the computer food service module and all related IT items.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics from an accredited college required.
• Must be registered by the American Dietetic Association and licensed by the State of Texas.
• Two years administrative experience in a hospital foodservice desired.
• Supervisory experience beneficial.
• Knowledgeable in food service computer programs.
