WHAT IS THE TALENT POOL?

The SE3 Labs Talent Pool is a group of people who want to stay on our radar for future roles. It helps us connect with individuals who share our curiosity, values, and passion for building new technologies. When new positions become available, we look to our Talent Pool first.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our Talent Pool is open to everyone. You can sign up at any time, and your profile will remain active for future searches. We regularly review submissions and reach out when there’s a match between your experience and our hiring needs.

WILL I HEAR ABOUT NEW SE3 LABS ROLES EARLY?

Often, yes. We contact people in our Talent Pool before we post roles publicly. Joining gives you an early look at new opportunities and projects that fit your skills and interests.

DO I NEED TO BE AN ENGINEER TO JOIN?

No. Our work spans a wide variety of disciplines, and we welcome people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise. Whether you’re early in your career or highly experienced, you’re encouraged to register your interest.

CAN I SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ON THE TEAM?

We receive many applications and expressions of interest, so we can’t speak with everyone individually. If we see strong alignment, we’ll reach out directly to arrange a conversation.
