At SimonMed, the Operations Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily performance of an imaging center. This role ensures efficient workflows, strong patient access, and consistent execution across front office and clinical coordination functions.

Serving as the operational backbone of the site, this leader partners closely with staff, providers, and leadership to resolve issues in real time, improve processes, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
