WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & GAIN

- How to build enterprise-grade, reliable, and secure cloud software and services.

- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge database internals, large-scale distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Practical knowledge in compiler design, query execution, streaming pipelines, and advanced SQL features.

- Colleague mentorship and collaborative problem-solving experience in a modern tech stack (C++, Java).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- Education: Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university program during the time of the internship (from 3rd year Bachelor up to Master’s or PhD levels) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related technical field.

- Duration: 4 month minimum, 6 months recommended, up to 12 months supported, start date flexible

- Target start dates: February 2027 and onward

- Foundational knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and operating systems.

- Programming experience in C++ or Java, and familiarity with systems programming concepts (e.g., multi-threading, concurrency).

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and solve problems creatively.

- Fluent written and spoken English skills.

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED):

- Coursework or familiarity with database systems, distributed systems, cloud computing, or compilers.

- Experience or interest in big data engineering, data processing, or geospatial features.

- Contributions to open-source projects, research experience, or publications in databases/distributed systems.
