Responsibilities - Manage the servicing of entire Chemical + Non Chemical portfolio for all divisions for Domestic business only. Identify and implement service-related initiatives to target continuous improvement in service parameters like OTIF & Availability. Conduct weekly service review with operations & purchase teams, and identify solutions for system & logistics issues being faced for servicing MTS SKUs Execute quarterly norm correction with respect to norm guidelines, find root causes for changes and implement corrective actions Plan & execute the network/norm changes for identified exceptions in the monthly S&OP, transition planning of promotional packs, NPDs etc. Plan & execute the network/norm changes for shutdowns, change of manufacturing locations or build-up received from operations. Custodian for creation & adherence of SOPs for distribution planning & review mechanisms. Analyse the SLOB inventory, work with stakeholders to identify redistribution/rework opportunities and execute within the agreed timelines Prepare the inventory build-up plan for seasonal requirements from each division & corresponding norm/network management at the right time Participate in S&OP & Inventory reviews, and execute the plans as agreed in the meeting.
Experience Two or more years’ experience in a supply management role or related position Proficient in MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields.
