Job Summary

Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure smooth business operations, including vendor payments, sample management, logistics, reporting, content updates, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new vendor registration, PO processing, and payment administration with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Oversee product and competitor sample inventory, including registration, purchasing, collection, storage, servicing, shipping, loan tracking, invoicing, and disposal.
• Manage own-use inventory of products and premiums and maintain storeroom organization and records.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with logistics providers, track shipment statuses and resolve issues.
• Manage website updates, monthly forecast reports and business spreadsheets.
• Maintain organization charts, distribution lists, shared folders, and office supplies & provide general administrative support.
• Support meetings, team engagement activities, and divisional events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle data and documentation accurately.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
