Soulside AI is transforming how high-acuity behavioral health organizations operate, starting with one of the hardest problems in care delivery: documentation quality at scale.

Our platform generates audit-ready clinical documentation across individual and group sessions, virtual and in-person care, admissions, and treatment planning. By embedding real-time chart audits and payer-aligned compliance checks into everyday workflows, we help organizations protect revenue, reduce denials, and give clinicians back hours every week. The impact is immediate and measurable: higher-quality charts, stronger medical necessity, and less operational drag.

We've reached strong product-market fit and are scaling quickly. We're now looking for an Account Executive to help bring Soulside AI to more organizations that urgently need this infrastructure.

This is not a "run inbound and follow a script" role. This is a chance to build the commercial foundation of a company redefining how behavioral health scales safely and responsibly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own full-cycle sales into behavioral health organizations—from first conversation through close.

- Run discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance stakeholders, and tailor the case to each.

- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecasting accurately and keeping CRM data clean.

- Partner with clinical leadership to demonstrate impact on documentation quality, medical necessity, and denial reduction.

- Help define our sales motion, qualification standards, and playbooks as we scale.

- Represent Soulside at conferences and industry events as our presence grows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience, ideally selling into healthcare or behavioral health provider organizations.

- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets, with the discipline to run a rigorous, multi-stakeholder sales process.

- Comfort selling to both clinical and finance leaders, who evaluate the same product differently.

- Strong written and verbal communication—clear, credible, and consultative.

- A builder's mindset: you're energized by defining the motion, not just running a script.

- Willingness to be in the room—customer calls, partner meetings, conferences.

Bonus points: direct behavioral health experience; familiarity with EHR, RCM, or clinical documentation workflows; experience selling AI or clinical software.
