Position Summary • Responsible for the care of rehabilitation patients with speech and language disorders, swallowing disorders, hearing disorders and/or cognitive disorders.

Education • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

Licenses and Certification • Illinois license Speech Language Pathology or eligible • BLS

Experience and Skills • Technical Experience: N/A

Role Specific Responsibilities • Performs thorough evaluation • Develops and implements appropriate Plan of Care • Documentation is accurate, complete and timely • Provides supervision to assistants, rehab techs, and students
