IT Project Manager

Southwest Solutions Group, Inc. - IT Project Manager (Entry Level) - Lewisville, TX - Assist in supporting the planning and coordination of IT projects involving software and system engineering functions; work under supervision to help define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; and coordinate with software developers and technical teams to track progress and support timely completion of assigned tasks. Assist in monitoring project status, documenting risks, and preparing status reports; support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, procedures, and training materials; and track implementation of software and hardware updates, upgrades, and system changes. Assist in identifying and documenting technical issues and escalate as needed; and support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to help ensure project requirements are understood. BS in CS, IT, or related/equivalent field and 2 yrs. of prior direct technical experience working in software development using current technologies.
