Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Customer Contract Specialist to manage customer agreements across the Canadian business portfolio. The Specialist helps ensure contracts are commercially sound, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while supporting revenue growth, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.
This position is a two-day hybrid role, reporting to our Vaughan Head Office.
The Specialist reviews, drafts, negotiates, executes, and manages agreements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The role conducts contractual risk assessments, supports RFx activities, coordinates complex amendments and renewals, advises on contractual obligations, and serves as a power user of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Through contract and portfolio analysis, the Specialist strengthens decision-making, governance, and operational efficiency.

Anticipated pay range: $81,300 - $108,300

This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.
