We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented B2B Administrator to join the team in our fulfillment center. As a B2B Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the Business-to-Business (B2B) process, ensuring smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Routing and Scheduling: Manage the end-to-end B2B process, including routing incoming orders and efficiently scheduling pickups in collaboration with our valued business partners.
  • Be the driving force in coordinating the order closing process within our WMS, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Print orders and required documentation in relation to those orders (Labels, pick sheet, packing instructions, etc).
  • Create BOLs for outbound freight orders.
  • Utilize and maintain our integration platform to seamlessly connect with B2B partners and streamline data exchanges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships with our partners.
  • Perform regular quality checks to verify order accuracy and compliance with established standards, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the B2B workflow and proactively implement efficient solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Accurately record and maintain relevant B2B data, generating reports to assess performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff and logistics specialists, to ensure seamless integration of B2B processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Experience working with different routing systems (Logicbroker, Bluejay, Target TMS)
  • Proficient in using WMS and integration platforms; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in B2B processes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, capable of quickly addressing issues and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative and adaptable team player who can thrive in a cooperative work environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional extended hours or weekends based on business needs.
  • May regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to transport up to 20 lbs
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
  • Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment (i.e forklifts)
  • Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information
  • Able to work in a Distribution center environment which includes exposure to work at varying heights; varying temperatures; moderate and consistent noise levels
