The opportunity:

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing proactive, high-level administrative and operational support. The role will foster strong stakeholder relationships while helping drive alignment, responsiveness, and operational excellence across the business.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, presentations, and reports
• You will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• You will organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes, manage travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and timely.
• You will support special projects, research, and data analysis, assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and equipment.
• You will act as the point of contact for the service team across APAC, managing communications, SCM related support including PR / PO process and office supplies.
• You will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• You will drive HSE compliance by ensuring full training attendance, reporting and following up on all incidents and hazards, leading proactive risk assessments, and building a strong, accountable safety‑reporting culture across the team.
• You will champion Zero Harm by modelling and enforcing the highest HSE standards, embedding safety as a non‑negotiable core value, and performing additional duties aligned with Hitachi Energy’s expectations and your qualifications.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills with excellent know-how of making PowerPoint presentations.
