The Opportunity

We are looking for an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist to join our HR Team in Madrid on a Temporary Basis (5 Months Contract)

HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist will be part of a Project Team based in different countries. We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and working on a diverse international company.

How you will make an impact

• Support Project Team on HRBP´s activities.
• Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles.
• Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization
• Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes.
• Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topics
• Consultancy firms experience will be valuable

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Spanish and English fluent (Speaking and Writing)
• Strong Excel & Word skills
