The Job

Engage in our client's system implementation project as a Project Manager. PMO team is required to work closely with the client's PMO team as well as Hitachi members to promote our client's project. The incumbent will be working under the client's leader and the key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Track the progress of the project task
• Manage and follow up on the issues raised in the project
• Make arrangement between the relevant teams such as project stakeholders, development team, infrastructure team, users, etc.
• Liaise with the users, IT team and HQ team regarding inquiries, issues, etc. under client's PM in order to promote the project smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in banking or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in system implementation projects in financial sectors.
• Good documentation capabilities in project management
• Issue management/tracking, Task progress management (Todo/Status/Timeline), Minutes of meetings, etc.
• Good communication skills to build good relationship with the project members and conduct the smooth project management.
