The Opportunity Join the R&D team in Blumenau. Contribute to the development of dry-type transformers. Collaborate with global engineering experts. Improve the mechanical performance of products.

How You Make an Impact

• Propose improvements to the mechanical design of dry-type transformers.
• Define experiments to validate new solutions.
• Supervise the manufacturing and testing of prototypes.
• Lead R&D projects focused on cost, timeline, and performance.
• Document results and define design rules.
• Support fellow R&D colleagues in various projects.
• Provide technical support to factories and customers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Master tools such as Creo and SolidWorks
• Apply knowledge in flow, fluid circulation, and thermodynamics.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with mechanical prototyping.
• Show creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
