Hitachi Energy is seeking for a Sales Engineer for its Athens, Greece location. As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for the preparation of offers, competitive bids and quotations for Hitachi Energy products. You will work closely with our internal teams in order to ensure that we offer the best solutions to meet our customers’ needs, in accordance with company policies, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements and financial targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for order handling and close communication with the customers during the complete order execution, managing changes and taking calculated risks, always in line with company’s policies.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Prepare offers for Hitachi Energy product portfolio, having the responsibility for the completeness, quality and timely submission of the offers and managing all the aspects of the offer, including technical and financial/commercial aspects.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customers needs and align to provide a solution, creating added value and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support project management activities when needed.
- Identify and drive new market opportunities and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Your Background
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering,
- At least 2 years of experience in Electrical/Industrial Equipment Sales,
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with a high sense of responsibility and reliability,
- Completed military services for male applicants
- Native-level Greek and professional proficiency in English.
