Mission Statement:

Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including: Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Safety Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner that will encourage others to exercise safety in their normal daily activities.
  • Responsible for effectively delivering timely technical services transformer at various customer locations
  • Sound knowledge of transformer - technical / erection / commissioning
  • Trouble shooting of transformers
  • Be customer/results focused and demonstrate a service disposition.
  • Being the primary point of contact customer and factory for the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for installation and commissioning of new equipment, associated wirings, different protection systems i.e. relays, SCADA
  • electrical safety, hazardous area compliance & regulatory requirements
  • relays / protection / thorough knowledge of transformer & its functioning
  • Willing to travel across India

Your Background

  • DEE / BE (Electrical / Mechanical Engineer) -Preferably electrical
  • 3 to 7 years’ experience in transformer service industries .
  • Must have & required skillset of servicing of transformers.
  • equipment, associated wirings, different protection systems i.e. relays, SCADA
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
