The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to CSO Leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives across our Corporate function. This role drives talent initiatives, strengthens organizational effectiveness and fosters a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports operational excellence and team member engagement. This role will sit with our Corporate Office in McLean, VA.

What You’ll Do

• Advise CSO leaders on talent, workforce, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Turn business priorities into practical HR solutions.
• Lead talent, succession, workforce planning, and performance initiatives.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, and role changes.
• Partner with HR teams to implement company-wide programs.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and recommend action.
• Coach leaders through people decisions and organizational change.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification strongly preferred.
• Six or more years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or comparable consultative experience.
• Proven ability to advise leaders and align HR solutions with business needs.
• Experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and complex employee relations.
• Strong analytical, communication, consultation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Sound independent judgment and HRIS experience; Workday and corporate or geographically dispersed experience preferred. Pay Range:

124,000.00 - 155,000.00
