Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional with strong expertise in the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have transitioned from a traditional .NET development background into a Power Platform-focused engineering role and possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Build and maintain applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop integrations and automate business processes across Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and support activities.
• Contribute to the adoption of low-code/no-code development practices within the organization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise business applications.
• Background in .NET development with a successful transition into Power Platform engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Contact Center modules.
• Exposure to low-code/no-code solution development.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or willingness to work on Fabric-based solutions.
• Knowledge of integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 + Years
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
