Workday Absence Analys

1. Workday Knowledge

• Experience supporting Core HCM and Absence Management in a post-production environment.
• Supported and troubleshooted existing absence plans for USA and Canada; did not create new plans from scratch.
• Reviewed and supported absence security as part of the production support team.

2. Ticketing System Experience

• Good working experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Comfortable managing BAU tickets and prioritizing issues based on business impact.

3. Troubleshooting Skills

• Demonstrated a clear, structured troubleshooting approach.
• Able to articulate step-by-step resolution logic effectively.

4. Professional Tone

• Demonstrated a calm and methodical approach to issue resolution.

5. Audit Experience

• Experience reviewing system setups and security from a support and validation standpoint.
• No direct ownership of formal audit cycles, but familiar with audit-related checks and data reviews.

6. Communication

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
