Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for Temporary Equipment Operator in our North Mankato-MN facility.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Using hands to apply labels to products, cut, wrap products and use tape dispensers; use feet to operate foot controls
• Pack products in boxes, tape box lids shut, and check product quality as you pack
• Gather product from delivery tables and stack, pack, and transport printed materials on pallets
• Read and follow specific job instructions to produce an order to customer expectations
• Ability to work independently or on a team, and communicate with co-workers, supervisors and vendors while performing daily responsibilities
• Follow safety rules, procedures and standards

Your Shift:

• 1st shift; part-time weekends as needed

You Must Have:

• Ability to read written instructions such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, and operating procedures
• Effective communication with supervisors and fellow employees
• Ability to be reliable for your scheduled shifts
• Basic math skills
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of your shift and willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 21. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
