職務内容

オフィス環境の維持・管理を担うファシリティサポート業務です。 執務室、会議室等の清掃を行い、快適で安全な職場環境の維持に貢 献いただきます。そちらに慣れたら徐々にメールルーム業務として 、郵便物・宅配便の受領、仕分け、社内配送、発送手配、配送記録 の管理を担当いただきます。機密文書や重要書類を適切に取り扱い 、正確かつ効率的な業務運営を行っていただきます。

• 決められた時間に出社してスケジュール通りに業務を行うタイムマネジメント力
• 周囲と長期的な信頼関係を保つためのコミュニケーション力（ 気持ちの良い挨拶を積極的にできる方）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 指示や業務マニュアルを理解して業務を行う読解力
• 自主的、主体的に出来ることを増やしたいと思える上昇志向性
• ＜尚可＞オフィスクリーニングやメールルーム業務経験
