Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our WA Sales team at our Perth Airport depot.

This is a true new business hunting role - you’ll build your own pipeline, open new doors, win new customers and grow long-term commercial relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to make things happen, backed by a recognised logistics brand and a high-performing sales team.

What you'll do

• Hunt and win new business across WA through prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Develop tailored transport and logistics solutions for customers
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a great customer onboarding experience
• Manage sales activity, opportunities and pipeline through Salesforce
• Identify market trends and new opportunities to drive growth

What you'll bring

• Proven success in Business Development, Sales or new customer acquisition
• A genuine passion for winning new business
• Confidence in prospecting, cold calling and opening new opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience, drive and a results-focused mindset
• Experience in freight, transport, logistics or supply chain is highly regarded
• Current Driver’s Licence

Note: This role will involve regular travel to regional WA locations.
