Community Relation Officer (CLO)-Onsite

• The CLO is responsible for building and sustaining working and trusting relationships between the CSSP-WIP Project and local communities.

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in the field of Community Relations;
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Empathetic towards sensitive cultural, personal and community issues;
• Mediation and conflict resolution skills;
• Knowledge of local language;
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
• Able to dialog, disclose information, negotiate;
• Understanding of the economic, political and social dynamics in the area of operation;
• Good reporting skills;
• Diligent and meticulous.
