Senior Space Technology & Microelectronics Intelligence SME

Position Summary

The Senior Space Technology & Microelectronics SME provides subject matter expertise on foreign space industrial bases, microelectronics production ecosystems, supply chains, and emerging technology developments supporting strategic defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess foreign space-to-ground technology ecosystems.
• Analyze microelectronics manufacturing capabilities and supply chains.
• Evaluate dependencies, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities in critical technology sectors.
• Support technology forecasting and long-range threat assessments.
• Conduct engineering-level reviews of advanced systems and components.
• Develop strategic intelligence products and executive briefings.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Microelectronics, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical intelligence or engineering experience.
• Experience evaluating industrial base and technology development programs.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
• Intelligence Community or defense space program experience.
• Experience with semiconductor production and advanced manufacturing.
