About the role

I am Catherine, Customer Service Manager, and I am looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our international team and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Our Customer Service team is composed of professionals based in France, Hong Kong, and New York, working together in a dynamic and multicultural environment. We manage customer orders through our ERP system and collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and other key business functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

As part of your onboarding, you will receive comprehensive training to help you understand our organization, products, processes, and the flow of information that supports customer order management throughout the entire fulfilment cycle.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of the European Customer Service team, you will:

• Manage a wide range of customer orders, including standard orders, loan orders, returns, and after-sales service requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent service.
• Monitor customer orders throughout the fulfilment process and ensure accurate follow-up on commitments.
• Support the review and analysis of the order backlog to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.

What You Need to be successful in this role:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working with an ERP system, ideally SAP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-centric mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with confidence interacting with customers and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
• French would be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multinational team.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
