Job Description
Job Summary: Facilities Tech
Provides high quality journeyman-level support to Facilities customers at FLIR and reports directly to the Facilities lead worker. Maintains and repairs the facility’s structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Must be able to support on-call status, in rotation with three other Technicians for after hours-emergency response 24/7. Rotation scheduled for one week out of every four weeks (7 days), must be able to respond to site within 25 minutes during scheduled rotation. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints, drawings, or rough sketches.

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
Salary Range:
$62,800.00-$83,700.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
