UX Researchers: Feedback on a Study Creation Workflow

WHAT WE'RE RESEARCHING

We're running a paid study on the workflow of creating and launching research projects. We want to understand how professionals navigate the setup process and where friction slows them down. This work directly informs updates designed to make study creation faster and more intuitive.

HOW IT WORKS

During a remote video call, you will share your screen and walk us through how you currently set up a study. We will then ask you to complete a few tasks using a prototype of our new creation tool. You will narrate your thought process as you navigate the interface and highlight any confusing steps. The session will conclude with a brief discussion about your overall impressions and feature requests.

WHO THIS IS FOR

We are looking for professionals who frequently design and launch research studies. We welcome UX Researchers, Research Operations Specialists, and Product Managers who conduct user research. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring screeners, defining participant criteria, and launching fieldwork.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Provide candid feedback on the usability and efficiency of the workflow.
