Duties:

• Providing a fantastic first impression and exceptional guest service
• Responsible for answering the phone promptly
• Seating guests properly and efficiently
• Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
• Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
• Responsible to meet all Health Department and maintain standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Assist with taking guests carry-out orders over the phone
• Assist team members if needed
• Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description

Skills/Qualifications:

Required

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of hosting experience preferred
• Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with Aloha preferred
