About The Andersons Inc - Levelland, TX

Titan Lansing, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Andersons, is a frac sand processing, logistics, and transloading company with bulk commodity rail and storage facilities in Lubbock, Levelland, Fort Stockton, and McCamey, TX, Carlsbad, NM and Oklahoma City, OK. Titan Lansing owns and operates frac sand processing facilities in North Branch, MN and Oklahoma City, OK distributing to the oil and gas industry.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician role plays a critical part in keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems at our Frac Sand location in Levelland, TX. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to diagnose complex equipment issues, perform emergency repairs, and contribute directly to operational success. Technicians work with advanced production equipment, interpret technical drawings and manuals, and utilize computerized maintenance systems to support reliability and uptime. A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement is essential in this highly skilled maintenance role. This role is perfect for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and making a direct impact on location reliability, safety, and production performance.

Schedule/Shift

During peak volumes - Monday-Friday 6:00AM-5:00PM

Slower volume seasons - Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM

Overtime opportunities will be available

On-Call expectations if needed for weekends or for critical maintenance situations

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and overhaul production machines and facility equipment.
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and/or mobile equipment and vehicles and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during service.
  • Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Maintain computerized preventative maintenance system
  • Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of all safety policies and standards related to position. Work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations, take appropriate action to ensure safety of self and others in building.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, Associate’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience required

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions, extremes in temperature and hazards associated with equipment operations and material handling. This position requires heavy (51lb – 100lbs) lifting, pushing, and pulling frequently. This position also requires employees to stand, walk, reach overhead, squat or kneel, bend and grasp frequently.
