JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Department of Energy and Mineral Engineering in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences is seeking a Part-Time Research Assistant.

Contribute to research projects outlined and agreed upon with research advisor including but not limited to:

- sample preparations - reagent preparation - running and monitoring experiments - operate and calibrate standard lab equipment - check with research advisor at the beginning of each week about specific activities - update some lab SOPs - update inventory - maintain record clear lab records
