Position Summary:
- As an Advisor, you’ll be the trusted partner who helps clients protect what matters most. You’ll sell new accounts, renew existing ones, and build lasting relationships—all while achieving personal and firm goals. This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to become a valued resource in your community and industry.
What You’ll Do
- Consult & Advise: Present proposals with confidence, clearly explaining coverage options so clients feel informed and secure.
- Close Deals: Finalize sales, collect documentation, and ensure a smooth handoff to the service team.
- Grow Your Network: Develop prospects through community involvement, networking events, referrals, and industry partnerships.
- Stay Ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria to provide expert guidance.
- Represent with Pride: Be the face of our firm in the community and with insurance partners.
- Drive Results: Meet monthly new business goals while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed & Ready: Hold an active 2-20 state insurance license.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
- Self-Starter: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Detail-Oriented: Organized, accurate, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
