The role:
The Vice President provides strategic and tactical leadership to the Church Relations team, structuring and directing a field and home office staff, guiding them in developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships between the Board of Pensions and church and church-related employers for the purpose of promotion and interpretation of benefits. As a member of the Church Engagement team, contributes to the overall engagement of prospects and customers to meet the business goals and objectives of the Board of Pensions.
