• You will oversee end-to-end EXIM & logistics operations across the assigned plants.
• You will monitor EXIM operations with 100% compliance and shipment efficiency.
• You will ensure compliance with company policies, customs laws, and regulatory requirements.
• You will ensure timely and cost-effective CFA service provider management.

25%

• You will manage documentation, customs clearance, transportation, and coordination for import/export shipments.
• You will optimize routing, CHA/transporter selection, and avoid additional costs.
• You will monitor CHA performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

20%

• You will prepare accurate sales orders and export invoices in SAP.
• You will oversee service provider reconciliation, obtain No Dues Certificates, and support audits.
• You will drive improvements in EXIM operations, processes, and productivity.

• You will develop and manage regional logistics budgets.
• You will set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
• You will promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate with Taxation, Finance, Procurement, and Plant Operations teams.
