Investment Implementation Services Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Services team at Pacific. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role plays a key part in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of our Pacific operations. You will work across cash flow management, unit pricing review, reporting and compliance, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to help ensure accuracy, timeliness and control.

We will count on you to:

• Manage daily cash flow activity to support liquidity and business objectives across specific clients in the Pacific region
• Prepare, analyse and review cash flow forecasts and reports, providing clear insights to Client Consulting Teams
• Lead review and peer review processes for cash flow data to support accuracy, integrity and compliance
• Work with internal teams, external stakeholders and service providers to resolve discrepancies and improve cash management outcomes
• Monitor internal controls, risk management practices and compliance requirements related to cash flow and unit pricing activities
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting, escalating issues promptly and contributing to month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities

What you need to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in cash flow management, treasury or a similar financial services environment
• Demonstrated experience in senior-level review and peer review responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements across the Pacific region
• Proficiency with financial systems and investment tools
• A sound understanding of the superannuation industry and unit pricing concepts
