Junior Executive Assistant with German

We will count on you to:

• Support senior stakeholders in their day-to-day work and help prioritize tasks proactively
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including last-minute changes
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and a service mindset
• Support sales-operations-related tasks, such as preparing information, coordinating activities, tracking action items, and organizing content
• Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations and management-ready materials, especially in PowerPoint

What you need to have:

• Vocational training in a commercial field, hospitality, administration, or a similar area, with some relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication skills, including in an international environment
• A structured and efficient working style, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility, reliability, empathy, and good judgment when dealing with different stakeholders
