What you will do

As a Manager at INNOPAY, you will support clients in their digital transformation and in developing open, data-driven business models. You will combine your expertise in relevant digital transactions topics and market knowledge with structured problem-solving and creativity to develop innovative and pragmatic solutions to client challenges.

You will take responsibility for coordinating and delivering client engagements while leading international project teams. You will also help strengthen INNOPAY’s expertise, propositions, and presence in the Netherlands.

You will:

• Lead international INNOPAY project teams, coordinating engagements and taking responsibility for high-quality delivery and client impact.
• Help clients address digital transformation challenges and develop open, data-driven business models.
• Apply your expertise in areas such as Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy and data exchange, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes and technology, and regulatory issues relating to data and payments.
• Frame complex client challenges, guide analysis and problem solving, and translate insights into innovative and pragmatic recommendations.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and maintaining a strong focus on their objectives and needs.
• Lead and develop consultants, creating an inclusive and collaborative environment while helping team members build their capabilities.
• Share your expertise with INNOPAY colleagues and contribute to the development of new propositions and publications.
• Stay close to the latest commercial, regulatory, and technological developments relevant to digital transactions and bring those perspectives into client work.
• Take an active role in INNOPAY’s business development in the Netherlands, supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth in the region.

Who can apply?

We are looking for experienced consultants who are excited by the opportunities and challenges created by digitalization and want to build deeper expertise in digital transactions. You combine strong client and team leadership with intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an interest in helping INNOPAY continue to grow in the Netherlands.

Required qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy, with a focus on developing and/or executing digital strategies.
• Extensive experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy and exchange, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes and technology, or regulatory topics related to data and payments, such as PSD2 and GDPR.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and a relevant professional network in the Netherlands, together with a clear interest in further developing your business development skills.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex challenges into practical, pragmatic solutions.
• A genuine interest in exploring digitalization topics in depth and challenging your own and others’ thinking.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Consulting sales experience in the Netherlands.
• Experience spanning several areas of INNOPAY’s digital transactions focus, including payments, digital identity, and data sharing.
